Sensational customer service and very high quality finish. Delivery was smooth and professional. I could not recommend them more highly for an excellent plunge pool at a good price.

This design that we wanted was done with the assistance of the team at Allcast. First straight edge pool, above ground, tiled in and out. Throughout the whole process, they guided us and assisted in the completion and delivery process.
We are extremely happy that we chose Allcast for this project.

We recently had a prefab pool installed in Toowoomba and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, whether by phone or email, and we always felt informed about what was happening.
They gave us some really helpful advice when it came to design, choosing tiles, filters and other pool options, which made the decision-making process much easier. Nothing was ever a problem, and questions were answered quickly.
Being an owner builder I’ve been let down by many trades. It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. I can’t fault them.

An outstanding product backed by awesome customer service.
Couldn’t be happier how the pool turned out and thank you very much!
The pool cooler in FNQ hooked up to this beauty makes for a very refreshing and invigorating swim. 😃🏊

We love our Allcast plunge pool. The long ledge to sit on is great and the blue pool light at night is amazing. Fantastic service all the team couldn't do enough for us.

We went with All Cast Precast for our pool and did it via the owner builder route. All Cast has some very obvious benefits to competitors which save $ including a gravel bed, coping inclusion and can also customise the location of pipework and skimmers to suit the site.
The level of support they offered throughout the process was very good. Their timeframes for manufacture were very accurate and the quality of the pool and tiling is excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending All Cast Precast to those thinking about getting a plunge pool.

Allcast Precast were our chosen supplier for our 2 x 23 kL water tanks on a difficult site. A special thanks to Marco for the surveillance visits, Tom for the finessing the fine design details and Charlotte for answering all my questions.

We just purchased our second Allcast Precast concrete plunge pool. The first "round tank" pool was one of the first off the production line & we couldn't fault it. Fast forward almost 12 years & we've build our new home & this time went with one of the newer shapes (rectangle), just perfect for our space, block of land & the overall look fits perfectly in our property.
Response from the owner
Hi Jodi, so pleased that you have come back to Allcast for a second Plunge Pool for your new home. The Oasis Rectangle Plunge Pool is one of our most popular pools and I’m sure you will love it as much as the first one… We would love to see a photo if that is ok. Regards, Mike3 years ago
